Our full-service department is available to the university community 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year.

WDET-FM is a Detroit public radio station owned and operated by Wayne State University. Its mission and programming actively fulfill the university’s urban and community engagement mission by reflecting the ideas, musical tastes and attitudes that characterize the city and its people. The station features news and informational programming produced nationally and locally coupled with Detroit-centric music shows in the evenings and on the weekend.
